Answered Prayers

One of our neighbors got connected to our Transformational Ministries by first attending a Women's Bible Study led by Cathy Schafer. This neighbor then began to attend our Affirming Potentil course, designed to help individuals process their past experiences so that they can move forward with their God given potential.

During one of the Affirming Potential classes she asked for prayer for her home. She was anxious about many repairs that needed to be done and not having the resources to complete them. Just earlier that week we got an email about one of Love INC's church partners wanting to do a service day for Love INC and willing to complete work in the homes of those we serve!

This neighbor was connected to a representative from this church so that he could assess the repair needs. The gentleman leading the repairs happened to be one of Love INC's trained mentors!In April, a devoted team of nine volunteers poured their hearts into mending her home, leaving her with a newfound peace and a warm sense of community.

God truly does answers prayers, and he allows for us to take part in it!
